Refund Policy

2021 International Western Teachers Gathering Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
- Conference registration canceled on or before August 20, 2021 is fully refundable but subject to a $10 administrative fee.
- Conference registration canceled on or before September 8, 2021 50% is refundable.
- Conference registration canceled on or before September 20, 2021 25% is refundable.
- Registrants canceling on or after October 6, 2021 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another teacher who meets the criteria set forth on our website.

In the event 2021 International Western Teachers Gathering Steering Committee must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the cost of registration. However, the 2021 International Western Teachers Gathering Steering Committee does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses incurred to participate in this online conference.
